These homemade churros go perfectly with Nutella or ice cream! :) To keep watching our videos, subscribe to our channel: http://bit.ly/2hfEozo Ingredients ½ cup water ¼ cup butter 1 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) ½ cup flour 2 eggs, lightly beaten (room temperature) 1 tsp vanilla essence ¼ cup castor sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder Method - In a medium saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar and salt (if using). - Once the butter melts and starts to simmer, add the flour and mix well to incorporate the flour. Cook the dough for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat. - Mix vanilla essence with the beaten eggs. Add the eggs to the dough in small batches and mix well rigorously, until the dough is a bit sticky but not too much. You might not need all of the eggs. - Pour into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe into hot oil for frying. Fry until golden brown and place it on a plate lined with tissues to dab out extra oil. - Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder together. Roll the churros in the cinnamon sugar.
